To encourage children to be active and to raise funds for pre-school, we designed a sponsored activity challenge to keep everyone moving over the half-term holiday.
Our younger children’s sheet included balancing on one leg, kicking a ball, squatting and standing, and weaving around objects on the floor. Alternative activities to stretch our older children included hopping on one leg, catching a ball, skipping around the room and dribbling a ball.
All activities are designed to develop and extend physical skills and abilities. Don’t worry if your child can’t complete them all – just have loads of fun taking part together.
