To extend our theme of “Living and Growing”, we visited Lichfield Garden Centre. Children planted a bean to care for at home, explored the scents of herbs and flowers, fed the chickens, and even took turns sitting on a tractor.
We would like to thank Byron and his team at Lichfield Garden Centre for making us welcome.
Children unable to join us were able to plant their own bean at pre-school to take home.
Do keep us updated with the growth of your beans – there will be a prize awarded for the tallest plant!
